We settle with our Customer to analyze the requirements, to develop the scope of supply and to study solutions to possible inconveniences that might occur along the way. We verify that all contractual obligations are fulfilled. We prepare a working program to define all milestones. We perform a continuous monitoring of costs.
Our personnel are professionals with long running experience gained at yards, capable to support and operate on behalf of the Customer, the construction managing at any stage, from materials’ survey to their assembly and subsequent installation, to the test and commissioning of plants. These sensitive steps are accomplished through the filing of all stages with careful and thorough activity of reporting in coordination, when needed, with International Societies or Registers, Yard Representatives or Owners. This task can be performed either remotely with periodical inspections on site or by personnel temporarily seconded at the building yard.
When necessary or requested, qualified technicians are assigned on site to support and assist the technical personnel of the yard for education and training.
